1. Product Shipping

• Areas Covered: Nationwide (Kenya).

• Timelines: 3–5 business days (Nairobi), 5–7 days (other counties).

• Fees: Calculated at checkout; free delivery for orders >KES 25,000.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened Products: Return within 14 days for refund (minus shipping).

• Damaged/Defective Items: Notify within 48 hours of delivery; replacement or refund.

• Non-Returnable: Personalized items, opened skincare products.

• Process: Email info@nisamuoils.com with order number + proof of issue.

3. Service Cancellations

• Appointments: Cancel ≥24 hours prior for full refund.

• No-shows/late cancellations: 50% fee charged.
